Abstract guidelines

The organizing committee welcomes the submission of abstracts to be presented as oral or poster presentations during 7BPCI. To prepare an abstract for 7BPCI, download and complete the Abstract template. The guidelines for preparing your abstract are included in the template. Please note that using this template is mandatory and that the total length of each abstract cannot exceed one page.

General considerations:

  • The presenting author (oral or poster) must be registered to 7BPCI 2026. FOLLOW THIS LINK TO REGISTER.
  • All abstracts must be written in English.
  • The presenting author should appear as the First Author.
  • Prepare the abstract using the obligatory structure of the abstract template and follow the Abstract Guidelines detailed on it.
  • Abstracts cannot exceed two pages, must be a .doc or .docx file and have a max size of 20 Mb.
  • The file MUST be named as NameSurname.doc, corresponding to the Presenting Author.
  • Authors can select one Subject Area.

  • Electronic book of abstracts and congress material

Students:

In order for this registration rate to be accepted, after you register, please send us an email to the conference email address (7bpci@put.poznan.plwith your proof of current full-time graduate/ undergraduate/ PhD student status at an academic institution. Reduced student fees are NOT applicable for Post Docs.

General conditions:

  • Each registration is specified for one person.
  • The presenting author (oral or poster) must be registered.
  • Each registration allows a maximum of one contribution: one oral or one poster presentation.
  • Students must submit proof to verify their full-time student status
  • Delegates have to pay the bank and/or credit card charges, if applicable. Delegates may receive an additional invoice for bank and/or credit card charges if not paid.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests should be sent by email to the conference email address (7bpci@put.poznan.pl) .

  • For cancellations received by 31st March 2026, a refund will be available minus an administrative fee equal to 20% of the claimed registration fees.
  • No refund will be available after 1st April 2026; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organization. In this case, please send your request to the conference email address.


Entry & Visa Information

When travelling to Poland, we encourage you to have a look at https://www.gov.pl/web/mswia-en/travel-in-the-ue for all the practical information about your trip to Poland, as well as checking the Entry and Customs Regulations to make sure you have the correct travel documents to enter the country.

What specific documents you will need to carry with you when you travel to Poland all depends on your nationality. People travelling to Poland who are not part of the European Union or the Schengen Area and who need a visa must obtain the necessary permits, such as the Schengen Visa or the ETIAS.

Personalised Invitation Letter Request

To request a personalised invitation letter, please contact the conference office. Please allow at least five business days to receive your letter via email.

Note that 7BPCI cannot contact any embassies on your behalf. Applicants should check the visa application process and bring all relevant documents with them to their interview. Furthermore, 7BPCI has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate.
